A $55 monthly utility fee includes water, sewer, trash services, lawn care, snow removal, and parking.

Pet FeeList Item 3
We require a $250 non-refundable fee per pet due at move-in and a $25/month pet rent per pet.
We require all residents to register with Pet Screening. This is $30 per household pet per year. $25 if paid by ACH.

Admin FeeList Item 4
Non-Refundable Admin Fee is due upon lease signing and contingent upon acceptance.
